“EXPAT – International talents Survey” 2012-2013. This survey serves as part of the base study to find out the expats’ current satisfaction with the available services as well as the quality of their life in the current country of residence. The questions were designed based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and the questionnaire of the survey was completely anonymous by 771 expats from Uppsala, Stockholm, Jönköping, Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Iisalmi, Kajaani, Oulu, Riga, Tallinn and Tartu.
