Since 2005, as a private entrepreneur, has advised local governments, companies and non-profit organizations in preparing various strategies (including development plans, business plans, export plans, risk analyzes, etc.), project applications, cost-effectiveness, feasibility studies and DNSH analyses, prepared and conducted several procurements, studies and successfully managed national and international projects.

Education:

Master’s degree in human geography, Faculty of Biology and Geography, University of Tartu (2002). In 2011, acquired the IV professional qualification of a consultant by the Estonian Consultants Association and EAS. In 2024, acquired the consultants’ development program micro degree by the Estonian Enterpreneurship University of Applied Sciences and Estonian Consultants Association.

Management Consultant and Founder in KT Europroject Management (2005 – present).
