Since 2005, as a private entrepreneur, has advised local governments, companies and non-profit organizations in preparing various strategies (including development plans, business plans, export plans, risk analyzes, etc.), project applications, cost-effectiveness and feasibility studies, prepared and conducted several procurements, studies and successfully managed national and international projects.

Education:

Master’s degree in human geography, Faculty of Biology and Geography, University of Tartu (2002). In 2011, acquired the IV professional qualification of a consultant by the Estonian Consultants Association.

Work experience:

CEO and Founder in KT Europroject Management (2005 – present), Project Manager in Eurora Solutions OÜ (2019 – present), Development and Enterpreneuship Adviser and Environmental Adviser in Väike-Maarja Parish Government (2002-2005).
