The first-ever study and cooperation trip in the history of EKA – to Greece – is now successfully behind us. We returned home with a wealth of valuable experiences, new contacts, and plenty of inspiration!

On 24–25 October, we met in Athens with the board of SESMA and took part in B2B meetings with local management consultants. We also visited the organization Invest in Greece, where we received a comprehensive overview of the Greek economy and investment environment. These meetings were the most significant part of the trip – it was there that ideas for future exchanges and joint initiatives began to take shape.

On 30–31 October, we visited the Embassy of Estonia in Athens, where H.E. Ambassador Mrs. Karin Rannu provided a detailed overview of bilateral economic relations and the opportunities for Estonian companies in the Greek market. This meeting offered valuable support and confidence for the next steps in developing cooperation.

In addition to the official meetings, we carried out numerous company visits – getting to know local producers and artisans, from olive oil, ceramics, and pasta makers to wine and ouzo producers. Each encounter revealed the diversity and quality of Greek business culture, which is truly admirable.

This trip was a genuine source of knowledge, connections, and inspiration.

A heartfelt thank you to all participants and partners who made it possible!
